Los Angles Hello guys, I have been missing for the past few days, hope everyone is fine. I flew Singapore to Guangzhou on  China Southern, Guangzhou to Chendu to Jinan on Sichuan. The experice o Sichuan is actually not that bad. More is coming later, Stay Tuned as always!

American has updated their schedule per Routesonline, adding flights to Bonaire from Miami, this route is planned to start service from 09 Jun, this flight is planned to be operated by an Airbus 319, this flight covered a distance of about 1224mi, operated once weekly on Saturday. Qantas Airbus 380 Per Routesonlie today, Qantas has now announced that they will commence their flight to London via Singapore from Sydney on 04 March, this flight will replace their flight that stops in Dubai, making A380 operating to Singapore 1 out of 2 daily flights, the other flight will still be operated by Airbus 330 without further notice.  The A380 has not been reconfigured yet to their new product, this retrofit will be complete by 2019-2020, as I wrote about this in August .

United 787 While tickets to Tahiti is very high compared to other destinations, Per Routesonline today, United is now trying their best to operate flights to Tahiti using their Polaris 787s, This route is announced to be operated 3 times a week. However, this flight is subjected to the government approval.

Sichuan Airways Business Class Per Routesonline today, Sichuan Airways is starting their Kunming- Mandalay flight, this flight covers a distance of 501 miles, I don't think that there will be many services onboard this flight if this flight is going to be operated, ticket is not yet bookable, this flight planned to be operating by an A320I  also I will going to review this aircraft in about a week of time, so stay tuned.

Turkish Airline Business Class I promised that I will post long-haul deal today, yes, Per MightyTravels, Turkish is having 1443 USD round trip in March 2018, THis deal is bookable through Turkish Airline Web.

Philippine Airline While I will not talk much about deals, because deals mainly come as surprise, This certainly will last a little bit longer than other deals on FlyerTalk given that this is not really a deal that worth much attention. This is why I wrote this blog, this blog feature some deals that famous blogger will not write about. This flight is bookable through Philippine Airline website, which is quite customer friendly. Price out at about $731, a wide range of date, ex: Mar 27- Apr 3. Both legs are on narrowbody which makes this not getting attention. Tomorrow I will be posting one more deal if I can!

Scoot I can sure that many people know that Singapore Airline owns Scoot, but this action is not very good, Singapore Airline and Silk air is full service while Scoot is Budget, beginning this month, codeshare  flights will be happening, it is either Silk operated by Scoot or Singapore Airline operated by Scoot will be appearing on these flights, be careful while buying tickets!!! All this destination that is code-shared in December is the ones that Singapore Airline or Silk Air don't operate. Air France While Air France has flown to Taipei in the 90 and 00's, Air France just announced today that they are resuming their Taipei Service today, the flight is operated 3 class configured B777-200ER three times a week,  this flight covered 6093 miles (9805km), here is the updated scheduled from Routesonline AF552 CDG1335 – 0815+1TPE 772 146 AF557 TPE1025 – 1820CDG 772 257

Turkish Airlines I will start this post by talking about some blog updates, I know that many readers are waiting for my blog updates. Last month, this does not work very well, I will try as much as I can to make blog update on the schedule as before. This deal is bookable through Turkish Airlines website for $1988, which for Turkish Airlines is a good price compare to Chinese Carriers.

Currently, there is still have a lot of dates available, Around $820 for a roundtrip, this deal is bookable via Google Flight. A330 for the long-haul leg which is damn a deal.

Lufthansa New Business Class A few days ago, Lufthansa has revealed their new Business Class product for their Boeing 777Xs, This product looks way more superior than then current Business Class Product. Lufthansa New Business Class The product itself looks pretty good, with direct aisle for every seat. However I noticted that this product looks similar to United Polaris which revealed last year. I know this could be both good or bad news given that China Southern's 787 is cramped in Economy even though is newer than most of their A330. Business Class feature the same product except that some of their new A330s have staggered Business Class like their 777 and removing First Class. China Southern Per Routesonline today, China Southern is replacing their A330-300 with their B787-8 for CZ385/386, the 737 flight remains the same. This is going to effect from 29Nov.

Most people know that Thai uses widebodies flying nearly all of their international flights. Unlike Singapore Airlines, they still own some narrowbodies, operated as Thai Smile. This leaves passenger having a hard time knowing which Thai aircraft is the best. Per Routesonline, Thai is planning to use their A350 on various routes. Thai A350 Here are the changes Bangkok – Denpasar  TG431/432, replacing 777-300/-300ER in W17 Bangkok – Seoul Incheon  TG658/659, replacing 747-400 in W17 Bangkok – Tokyo Narita  TG642/643, replacing 777-300/-300ER in W17  While Thai's 777-300ERs has a great onboard hard product there 300s don't, so Denpasar and Tokyo Narita is a simple upgrade. However for the 747-400s while they are flying short routes eg: Singapore - Bangkok, they marketed their First class as Business Class with Business Class service, I am not really sure what Thai market there Seoul 747's First Class.

Air France Boeing 777-300ER I know this is going to be a long time until Winter in 2018, Per routesonline today, Air France is downgrading both there Dubai route and their Seattle route. Here are the changes Paris CDG – Dubai  eff 28OCT18  1 of 7 weekly operated by 3-class 777-200ER, instead of 4-class -300ER Paris CDG – Seattle  eff 28OCT18  A330-200 operates during winter season, 3 times a week (777-200ER in summer) Additional detail of Winter18 is coming soon.

Boarding for Hong Kong Scoot Dreamliner taken us to Hong Kong Singapore(SIN) –  Hong Kong(HKG) Monday, June 26 Depart: 6:05AM Arrive: 9:35AM Duration: 3hr30min Aircraft: Boeing 787-8 Boarding through door L1 Scoot Biz For this flight, Scoot allow Economy passenger using door L1 even though they also opened door L2, I think that they are trying to squeeze boarding time a little bit, but this is not a smart idea for a traditional airline. Economy Bulkhead As I have mention in my quick review, Scoot create a Zone Called "Scoot Silence" which is generally a kid's free zone! No kids under the age of 12 are allowed on this seats. These seats are recognized as "Super Seats" Which offer 35-inch of pitch and adjustable headrests. First row is called Bulkhead seat which is even more expensive than a Super seats. Aside from Super and Bulkhead, all seats feature about 31 inch of pitch and no adjustable headrest. Cockpit Scoot opened

Delay Notice This flight is scheduled to depart at 21:30PM. I arrived at the airport at around 6:30PM, after check-in, I asked the manager is there any hot food inside the "King Lounge" unfortunately this lounge doesn't have any hot food. I went to the restaurant near the Check-in desk, is reasonably priced per Chinese Airport standards. China Eastern VIP lounge This lounge is located next to China Eastern lounge, which some hot food option available. Lounge entrance This lounge has very good interior compare to what you usually expect from a domestic First Class lounge. "KING LOUNGE" Shenzhen Air called their lounge King Lounge, all of them expect Wuxi have hot food, which the reception staff told us that they are requesting it.
